The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) awarded the Impreza a 5-Star Overall crash safety rating, while the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) named the Impreza a Top Safety Pick+.
All Impreza models come with standard front, front side-impact, side-curtain and drivers knee airbags, a tire pressure monitor, a rearview monitor, electronic traction control, and stability control.
